本月初，洛杉矶市发布了塞普尔维达盆地愿景计划草案，并要求公众分享意见和其他反馈。该计划的目标是制定一个协作性的历史性愿景计划，重新构想塞普尔韦达盆地的未来，

重点关注洛杉矶河恢复、基于自然的战略、复原力、自然栖息地、气候复原力、流动性和娱乐性以及文化空间。项目预计耗资48亿美元，将于25年内逐步建设，目前处于征集公众意见阶段，

旨在鼓励附近居民积极提出建议并参与决策。

       项目位于洛杉矶圣费尔南多谷（San Fernando Valley），占地约 2,000 英亩，包含市民广场、野生动物保护区、2028年奥运会场馆、高尔夫球场等众多区域，可视为圣费尔南多谷中央公园。

设计平衡了生态、环境、水文和市民休闲的需求，在新增大量娱乐和文化空间的同时，注重对贯穿场地的洛杉矶河进行生态修复，提升其韧性抗洪能力，并利用基于自然的解决方案强化场地的生态系统功能。
